1. There is a £50.00 booking deposit which is non refundable
2. The final count is due two weeks before the event. No reduction in cost will be made for numbers below the previously ordered amount. Extra covers over and above the previously ordered amount to be charged at the rate at the time the covers were ordered. It is in the clients interest to order the minimum quantity of covers until the final numbers are known.
3. The final balance is to be paid a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
4. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the final balance is paid on time. If no cleared funds have been received, the company reserve the right not to attend the event.
5. Cancellation at any time will result in the loss of the deposit.
6. There is no charge for an event date change.
7. Any permanent damage or loss of a hired item will incur a replacement charge.
8. The client is responsible for all hired items left at the venue.

In signing the contract it is taken that you agree to these terms and conditions.
